Qi-Acise, LLC and its representatives are dedicated to providing health, wellness, and fitness options that that are safe, effective, and accessible to people of all ages and ability levels.
Background of the Qi-Acise Creators
The creators of Qi-Acise have many years of combined health, wellness, & fitness experience. They have taught a variety of fitness programs including Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Iaijutsu / Kenjutsu, Karate, Kempojutsu, and Tantojutsu at regional, national, and international levels. They also have experience with several different styles of many of the arts previously mentioned.
Philosophy
The creators of Qi-Acise believe that fitness should be adaptable to the individual. While the detailed instruction (and to a lesser extent, the follow-along segments with verbal reminders) includes many tips on how to safely and effectively perform the various techniques, the instruction cannot possibly account for every individual person’s unique combination of strength, flexibility, endurance, and fitness levels. Since the program was designed to be adaptable to your unique needs, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you are performing the techniques in a manner that is safe for your personal physical requirements/limitations.
